You will find the Lightscribe option in the menu "Extras" in Nero StartSmart. If you start Lightscribe by clicking the button, you will get the option "Data label". This option does not allow to create a "full-face" label. To do so close the compilation and start a new compilation. This means the drive is not ready or properly recognized on your PC. This is a driver issue so basically there's nothing we can do with softwares including Nero to control the drive status to fix this issue. This case is very much likely due to the lack of enough power supply for the drive or some other light causes.
