Nero
You will find the Lightscribe option in the menu "Extras" in Nero StartSmart. If you start Lightscribe by clicking the button, you will get the option "Data label". This option does not allow to create a "full-face" label. To do so close the compilation and start a new compilation. The Lightscribe option is also available in Nero Express and in Nero Cover Designer.

The MPEG-1 Audio Layer 3 audio format is used to reduce the size of audio files to a fraction of their original size (factor 1:10) with little loss of quality. You can estimate about 1 MB per minute as opposed to 10 MB for the original files. This value and the quality can vary depending on the complexity of the audio signal. The bit rate used can be used as a measure of quality. The higher the bit rate, the better the quality, but also the more memory required.

A Super Video CD, abbreviated SVCD, is a CD format for movie files that uses the MPEG-2
video code to save. As a result, this disc format saves video files in a quality similar to an SVHS
video and can save up to 30 or 40 minutes of video with stereo sound on a 650 or 700
MB CD. SVCDs can be played back on an increasing number of DVD players and on the
PC, if your PC has the appropriate software and a drive that can read CD-R/RW discs.

This means the drive is not ready or properly recognized on your PC. This is a driver issue so basically there's nothing we can do with softwares including Nero to control the drive status to fix this issue. This case is very much likely due to the lack of enough power supply for the drive or some other light causes.

Please check the following,

- Is the Disc Drive PC built-in or USB connected?
1. If it's built-in, please check if there's any firmware update available for your drive.
2. If it's USB connected, please check and try the following,
A: Insert the USB cable into another slot to see if it works.
B: Please check if there's any firmware updates for your drive.
C: Please check if your drive has a slot for AC adapter for power supply.

If the above doesn't solve the problem, please contact the seller or manufacturer of the drive or the PC with the drive built-in.
