Nero does not plan to add Windows 7 support for any older versions.

Nero supports Windows® 7 as of version 9.4.26.0 and BackItUp & Burn 1.2.17. Nero 9 Updates to the version 9.4.26.0 as well as Nero BackItUp & Burnd Updates to the version 1.2.17 are available free of charge for Nero 9 and Nero BackItUp & Burn users, and can therefore reach compatibility with the Windows® 7 operating system.

If you use a Nero Essentials version or any older version of Nero like version 11 or 12 you can upgrade to Nero 2014 or Nero 2014 Platinum at a very reasonable price. If you use a Nero 2014 standard version, you can upgrade to the Platinum version.
