Founding CEO Richard Lesser assumes role of chairman of the supervisory board

Eberlein, who most recently served as Nero's chief operating officer, succeeds Richard Lesser, Nero's founding chief executive officer who will continue to actively serve Nero as chairman of the company's supervisory board.
