Complete pack

"Although I already owned and used another burningprogram, I decided, after the trial periode, to buy Nero 11. Why?
Well, simply because Nero 11 has it all! It's a very varied and complete pack of possibilities for a reasonable price. From all of this Nero Recode is my favorite. Simply recode my videofiles in every format I could possibly want. Another plus is SecurDisc. Now it's possible to make discs that will last longer. A very usefull feature! I'm happy with my Nero 11 purchase and would recommend it to anyone!"

Nero 11 purchase

"Bought Nero 11 online. Lots of problems installing, possibly due to an old version of Nero 10 not being uninstalled first. Eventually managed to download trial version and then change serial number.
Have burned bluray discs but very disappointed that I cannot replay them in Kwik media unless I pay an additional £29
Otherwise editing and video authoring are usual Nero standard."

Usability issues!!!

"Before I even started to do anything with this program, and I must say this in public, I really had a hard job to find the simple tool for ripping my CD collection. Isn't it seposed to be simple in use? Where is the Smart Menu? I think it is a very bad usability decision if I have to ask Google to tell me where I can find specific options for youre program, don't you think?"

Installation

"I have only been using the program (Nero 11) a short while and it works great.
However, I was appalled at the number of installation files which were not cleaned up during the install."

Nero Video 11

"I have recently downloaded Nero 11.At first I found this difficult to achieve in Australia but I had found a way to do it before I had a reply to an email I sent to Nero.

I downloaded a manual for Nero Video 11.I have spent hours trying to make a movie from video from camcorder tapes I put on DVD's some time ago but the manual is not easy to follow and so far I have failed to achieve my aim.

Who-ever said Nero was friendly must have been referring to professional s as I have found it impossible to use.



I have searched Nero for a Nero Video tutorial but there seems to none available.

At this point in time I am extremely disappointed in my purchase of Nero.

Burns like fire!

"The version I have used is Nero 6, hence very old, but still wonderful. As I am waiting on Nero 11 to download, I can't review this product fully as yet, but my expectations are extremely high for a great product."

Nero 11 too complicated

"I am not a regular up-grader of Nero. Used some old basic programs before to good effect. Jumped into Nero 11 and drowned. This program is seriously slow and too complex for me. Sorry I spent the money. Don't use it at all anymore."

Nero 11 upgrade !!

"After having enormous problems downloading my "upgrade" via the site the from Nero 10 to Nero 11 I was very dissapointed with the product itself.
In my oppinion Nero 11 should have been an "update" with Nero 10. I simply don't think that spending almost 40 euro's was worth it !! With out Nero 10 to back it up it's just not complete enough. Sorry Nero but this time you've got it all wrong, a very withdrawn customer, definitely not to be reccomended.
