Helpful customer service

Great video editor/creator

"Nero 11 Platinum provides easy to use video creation and editing capabilities. It has some very nice and enjoyable pre-made main and title menus for the finished video. I do wish they provided a larger image from my video for the main screen in Smart3D mode."

No Start Smart

"Upgraded from 10 platinum to 11 platinum, great program works realy well, but i cant give it 5 stars because they have removed Start Smart.
Perhaps they may bring it out as an update."

Show time

"I like Nero 11 Platinum, I just miss Showtime and The disk image mounting functionality. I have Nero 7 backups made omn XP and I am struggeling to restore it to my removable disk.

The rest is excellent.

"I tried version 7, it was to slow and irritating so I have been with Nero 6. I decided to try Nero 11, that was it, what can I say but that for me it has ticked every box just like version 6. It is quick enough for me and can say that I would recomend to anyone.

First Impression on Nero 11

"Just bought Nero 11 after working with Nero 10. All the possibilities in 10 and more are available in 11. The upgrade from 10 to 11 didn't unfortunatly copy all the settings from 10.
Working with Nero 11 is not difficult, all the things you have to do is guided by the program and most of the time what you would expect to do.
Important is the settings before you do a job, if forgotten you can always go back to improve your settings without (most of the time) any information/data/files.
First impression is a very good program to work with mediafiles.

PS the only negative is that my e-mailadress isn't accepted bij Nero. Starngly Nero sends the montly informatiopn to the address that isn't accepted by Nero. Now I enterd a fake e-amiladdress and Nero does accept this. "

This program really excites

"Man,you really have everything @ your finger tips,music,video,editing,burning,It is actually mind boggling,I also started as way back as i think nero 4 or 5.& have progressed with it a few times. but now i have used 9.10,& 11.It is a great product.But it is us that dont know how to use it.So bottom line (read the bloody instructions)We are all @ fault,yes it is technical stuff,but if in doubt ask for help. simple. Nero, can't do without it.

"I actually still work with Nero 10, just bought 11 when it was 35 dollars. But then I lost Nero Kwik10, some dll file was suddenly missing and I downloaded the Kwik from Nero 11
I love Nero, could not do without it and I hope you keep on the good work.
