Search the FAQ Database


You can register your Nero software within the My Nero community. When creating a My Nero account you will be able to enter your serial number and register your software.

To change the details in your My Nero registration, please proceed as follows:

  • Login with your registered e-mail address and your password to the following website:
    https://register.nero.com/eng/login.asp

  • Click the My Home tab and then the My Profile entry.

  • Select the different entries on the navigation bar and change your personal details.
