Please note: Under Microsoft® Windows Vista®, it may be necessary after downloading Help file(s) to complete the following two steps to install Help files into program:

1. Deactivate security setting, by right clicking on the downloaded help file and select Properties, Unblock as displayed in picture, click Apply, and then OK.
2. Right click on the downloaded help file again, select Run as administrator, click OK or input Administrator’s password in User Account Control dialog box.
