Nero 7 CleanTool

일반 CleanTool은 Nero 소프트웨어를 제거하는 데 권장되는 프로그램입니다. 프로그램을 제거한 후에는 필요할 때 다시 설치하여 사용할 수 있습니다.

다운로드 세부사항

1 단계 :

나중에 Nero 7을 재설치하기 위해 Nero를 삭제하기 전에 고객님의 시리얼 번호를 확인해 두셔야 합니다.

시리얼 번호는 다음과 같이 확인하실 수 있습니다:

  1. Nero StartSmart 실행.
  2. 바탕화면의 "Nero StartSmart" 버튼을 더블클릭. 바탕화면에 Nero StartSmart 단축버튼이 없을 경우에는: "시작" 버튼을 클릭해서 시작 메뉴를 통해 실행할 수 있습니다. "모든 프로그램"-"Nero 7”-"Nero ToolKit" – “Nero ControlCenter”의 순서대로 클릭하시면 됩니다.
  3. Nero Control Center 가 열릴 것 입니다. 왼쪽에 있는 "라이센스" 아이콘을 클릭해 시리얼 번호 확인
  4. 고객님의 시리얼번호가 창 오른쪽부분에 표시될 것 입니다.
  5. 시리얼 번호를 메모해 두시기 바랍니다.

또, 시리얼 번호를 윈도우 레지스트리를 통해서도 확인하실 수 있습니다.

다음의 단계를 따라주시면 됩니다:

  1. 윈도운 시작 메뉴의 "시작" 버튼 클릭.
  2. "실행" 명령 선택.
  3. 윈도우 "실행" 창이 열릴 것 입니다. 창에 "regedit" 라고 입력한 후 "확인" 버튼 클릭.
  4. 레지스트리 창이 열릴 것 입니다. 그러면 창 왼편에 시리얼 번호 탐색 트리를 확인하실 수 있습니다.
    다음의 경로를 통해 시리얼 번호 확인: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Nero\Installation\Families\Nero 7\Info
  5. 시리얼 번호가"Serial7" 엔트리 옆에 표시될 것 입니다. 형태는 다음과 같습니다:
    1K2x-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx or
    2K2x-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx
  6. 시리얼 번호를 메모해 두시기 바랍니다.

2 단계 :

Nero 7 CleanTool을 이용해 컴퓨터에 설치된 모든 Nero 7 어플리케이션 제거.

다음의 과정을 따르시면 됩니다:

  1. Nero 8 CleanTool을 다운로드 해서 바탕화면에 저장.
  2. 압축파일을 WinZip 이나 WinRAR 을 통해 압축을 풀어서 하드드라이브에 저장.
  3. 압축이 풀린 실행파일(EXE-file)을 더블클릭해 CleanTool 실행. “Nero General Clean Tool” 창이 열릴 것 입니다. 설치되어 있는 Nero 버전이 나타날 것 입니다.
  4. 나타난 Nero 버전에서 체크박스를 체크해 활성화 시킵니다.
  5. “Clean” 버튼 클릭. 상태창이 열릴 것 입니다 실행에 수분 정도가 소요될 수 있습니다.
  6. 상태 표시 바가 오른쪽 끝까지 완전히 진행될 때 까지 기다려 주십시오.
  7. “Nero General Clean Tool” 창에서 삭제 과정이 종료되는 대로 “종료”  버튼을 클릭해 주십시오
  8. 컴퓨터 재부팅. Nero 7 CleanTool 이 고객님의 컴퓨터에 설치된 Nero8을 완전히 제거하였습니다.

Nero InfoTool

Nero InfoTool provides information about the most important features of installed drives, inserted discs, installed software, and much more.

자세한 내용 및 다운로드
  1. "infotool.zip"을 다운로드
  2. WinZip이나 WinRar를 사용하여 하드 디스크에 압축 파일을 풉니다.
  3. InfoTool.exe를 더블 클릭하여 시작합니다.
  4. "Nero InfoTool - Retrieving Information" 창이 열릴것입니다. 진행률 표시줄이 완전히 오른쪽으로 이동하면 InfoTool 인터페이스가 나타납니다.
  5. "저장" 버튼 클릭(위쪽의 디스크 아이콘). "Nero InfoTool – Save/Print" 이 열릴것입니다.
  6. 모든 체크박스 활성화(Drive, Disk, Configuration, Software, Hardware, 등등.).
  7. "저장" 버튼 클릭. "Save as" 창이 열릴 것 입니다.
  8. 파일명을 정하고, 파일 형태 드롭다운 메뉴에서 "TXT" 형태로 저장.
  9. "저장위치"-드롭다운 메뉴에서 "바탕화면" 엔트리 선택.
  10. “저장” 버튼 클릭. Nero InfoTool 이 바탕화면에 "TXT" 형태로 저장될 것 입니다.
  11. "Nero InfoTool – Save/Print" 와 "Nero InfoTool" 창 모두 닫기.
  12. 기술 지원팀에 연락할 때 이 파일을 이메일에 첨부해서 보내주시기 바랍니다.

지원 파일을 통해 Nero의 모든 어플리케이션, 시스템 정보, 설치된 소프트웨어, 그 밖의 다양한 정보를 얻을 수 있습니다.

GetSupportFiles.zip"을 다운로드 하고, 바탕화면에 저장. WinZip 이나 WinRAR을 이용해 하드드라이브에 압축을 풀어서 저장.</<br> 실행파일(EXE-file) 더블클릭. “C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe“ 창이 열릴 것 입니다. 수행 과정에 수분이 걸릴 수 있습니다.</</p>

창에 나타난 내용을 차근차근 따라 주십시오. 실행이 성공적으로 이뤄지면, 바탕화면에 "NeroSupport.cab" 이란 파일을 확인하실 수 있을 것 입니다
기술 팀에서 분석할 수 있도록 이 파일을 이메일에 첨부하여 보내주십시오.



Additionally, we would like to point out some unique properties of the application "GetSupportFiles":

The application gathers the following information:

  • All available log files for different Nero applications, containing information about the last processes being performed during your Nero installation. These log files may indicate what kind of files you use within Nero.
  • System information gathered by the Microsoft Windows Tool "MSInfo32"
  • Information on the installed DirectX version: For this, the Microsoft Windows application "DXDiag" will be used.
  • The "SETUPAPI.LOG" log file: This file will list all installed devices, Windows Service Packs and Windows Hotfixes.
  • The "TWAIN.LOG" log file: This file will list the installed devices recognized via TWAIN.
  • The "SchedLgU.txt" log file. This file contains information on currently scheduled tasks (e.g. the JobScheduler in Nero BackItUp)
  • Certain extracts from the registry:
    • a. Information on the settings with which Nero applications run.
    • b. Information on how the CD/DVD drives have been installed.
    • c. Information about other installed applications and drivers for other applications on your system as well as a list of your sent files.

Nero suggests that you check the file created by "GetSupportFiles" and remove private information that you don’t want to transfer to Nero.
