Owners of Nero Multimedia Suite 10 do not need to download and install Nero Kwik Media as separate product.
Nero Multimedia Suite 10 users can update via Nero ControlCenter free of charge to the latest Nero 10 version in order to install “Nero Kwik Media” on their computer.
Please note that as of March 2011 the application “Nero MediaHub” will be re-named “Nero Kwik Media.” All additional plug-ins that have already been purchased with Nero 10 and used within “Nero MediaHub” remain unchanged and can of course be used with “Nero Kwik Media” as before.
All projects created with “Nero MediaHub” will also remain unchanged and will be available in “Nero Kwik Media” after installing the new update.
1. It's easy! Whenever a product (extension or Creative Pack) is purchased through the integrated store, a serial number is automatically added to your Nero Kwik Media. There's no need to enter serial numbers manually. However, if you need to locate your serial number for reasons such as backup or general tech support, you may find the number within the order confirmation email.
2. For updates to your Nero Kwik Media software, there is a convenient, automatic update service whenever a new version is available. This way, you'll always be assured that your version is up-to-date with the latest free features, so that the latest add-ons can easily be purchased and activated.
3. By keeping your Nero Kwik Media up-to-date, you'll also ensure that additional extensions won't require extra installation. The extensions will be available for use within Nero Kwik Media immediately after purchase. In the event that you're not running the latest version of Nero Kwik Media, purchasing a new extension will automatically start an update of your software version.
Note: Purchasing a Creative Pack automatically downloads the package into your Nero Kwik Media.
If your apps were purchased or activated within the Nero Kwik Media’s online shop, the apps will automatically activate once you log in to the shop.
If your apps were purchased on nero.com, for your convenience, they will automatically be downloaded and installed once you enter their serial number in the Nero Kwik Media online shop or in Nero ControlCenter.
There’s no difference between the Blu-ray app and the Blu-ray Plug-in.
If you’ve already purchased the Nero Kwik Blu-ray app, it will work in the Suite version of Nero Kwik Media. Additionally, the Blu-ray Playback Plug-in will also work in the free version of Nero Kwik Media.
There’s no difference between the Nero Move it app and the Nero Move it Plug-in.
If you’ve already purchased the Nero Move it app, it will work in the Suite version of Nero Kwik Media. Additionally, the Nero Move it Plug-in will also work in the free version of Nero Kwik Media.
A Nero account is necessary to log in to the Market.
With your last purchase within the Market, you automatically created a Nero Account required for logging in.
Please enter the same email address and password you used during your last purchase within the Market.
If you forgot your password, please use the “I forgot my password” link within the dialog to set a new password and follow the instructions provided.
