More Details:
For RedRat IR blaster to work, Microsoft® NET 1.1 must be installed before the installation of the RedRat IR blaster. The tool is not part of the LiquidTV™ software and must be installed separately. The .NET Framework version 1.1 redistributable package includes everything you need to run applications developed with the .NET Framework. Please download the latest version of Microsoft® NET 1.1 from the Microsoft® website and install it on your computer: click here
